With over 25 years of experience in health and academic organizational development, Dr. Pramila Thapa is a recognized expert in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership. Her research explores how Emotional Intelligence shapes leadership effectiveness and decision-making, aiming to enhance institutional well-being and human capacity building.
She holds a Ph.D. in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership and brings a multidisciplinary academic background in Public Administration, Health, and Education. Her unwavering commitment to lifelong learning and human development underpins her work in transforming leadership through emotional awareness.
